5 MINUTE BREAKFAST

It’s healthy, it fills you up and can be made in 5 minutes!!!!!

My Dad (who isn’t the best cook), made these for us 5 kids all the time. Every time he nailed it because it is super simple and easy!!!

If I need a quick, hearty breakfast and have little time, this is the one.

Spray 2 little bowls or larger tea cups with olive oil spray. Crack an egg in each one. Use a knife to prick the egg whites (this will stop them from popping in the microwave).

Put them in the microwave and place them on opposite sides of each other. Cook on high for approx 50 seconds (check them after 30 seconds). Every microwave will be different, but you’ll know after practicing a few times.

Meanwhile, heat a fry pan on medium heat and add 2 tbsp water. Throw in two big handfuls of spinach and move it around a little bit for 2 minutes so it all cooks. Squeeze with lemon and season well.
